Technical assistance for better complex care

Because of the work of the Camden Coalition and other innovators, many health systems and organizations across the country have become interested in better serving their populations with complex health and social needs. The Camden Coalition’s technical assistance programs grew out of this need. We have worked with dozens of institutions across the country, from small nonprofits to large regional health systems, co-creating interventions tailored to each partner’s unique population and institutional context.

Past partners include:

Sutter Health
The US Navy
Freeman Health System
Adventist Health

Technical assistance is delivered by our National Center Faculty, who are experts in complex care and cross-continuum transformation. Common elements of technical assistance contracts include:

• Cross-continuum system transformation
• Design and implementation of addiction treatment
• Co-Design and implementation of complex care interventions
• Coaching on working with difficult patients, managing difficult behaviors
