Registration is now open for Putting Care at the Center 2017, the second annual conference of the National Center for Complex Health and Social Needs. Join health care innovators from across the country in Los Angeles, CA November 15-17 for three days packed full of learning, networking, and movement-building. Get your early bird ticket at a $130 discount from now until October 10.

This year’s conference keynotes will be delivered by America Bracho, Executive Director of Latino Health Access in Santa Monica, CA, and Andy Slavitt, Former Acting Administrator for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (2015-2017).

We have a limited number of partial scholarships available this year. These scholarships are for students, community health workers, peer counselors, and other front line staff who may have limited financial resources. Scholarship applications are due September 1.

Full consumer grants are still available for consumers with complex health and social needs and their caregivers, accompanied by a staff member from an associated nonprofit organization. Consumer grant applications are due August 21.

A number of official pre-conferences will take place on November 15. The conference itself will open with a reception on the evening of November 15, with plenaries and workshops beginning November 16.
