Shelly works for the National Center for Complex Health and Social Needs developing online curriculum for complex.care. She is also a member of the Field Building & Resources team providing both online and on-site training as well as working with the teams to develop training. She has her master’s degree in Social Work and has spent her entire career working with the complex, high-cost, high-needs patient population. In her free time, she loves playing soccer, running, snowboarding, and camping.
