Ramona Olivares

Project Assistant

Ramona Olivares is the Project Assistant for the Citywide Diabetes Collaborative, where she assists the certified diabetes educators in all aspects of diabetes education implementation including referral and registration, in-class support, patient data collection, and information sharing with primary care physicians.  She also serves as a point of contact between collaborative staff.   While working at River Road Primary Care in Camden, Ramona worked closely with the Coalition helping to implement the Spring Chart electronic medical record system.  She is a graduate of the Harris business school with a professional medical assistant certificate.
