Mark Difilippo
Project Manager
Mark Difilippo is the Project Manager for Patient Engagement Initiatives. His work focuses on bringing behavioral health, wellness, and peer support resources to primary care offices and hotspots throughout Camden. Mark sees the intersection of primary care, behavioral health, and wellness as a crucial piece to the complex puzzle of sustained chronic disease self-management and improved health outcomes. Formerly the Project Manager for the Camden Citywide Diabetes Collaborative, Mark has an intimate understanding of Camden’s primary care system and resident barriers to care.
Mark previously worked at the National Multiple Sclerosis Society in Philadelphia, developing and coordinating programs for patients, families, and professionals. He is a graduate of Rutgers University and currently attends Seton Hall University, where he is working towards his Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology and Educational Specialist Degree in Professional Counseling.
