Project Manager

Katie Licata is the Project Manager for the Camden Health Information Exchange (HIE).  Utilizing skills learned over two and a half years working for Epic Systems implementing the EHR in ambulatory practices she is currently working to implement the HIE in all primary care practices in Camden.  She works to train physicians in its use to help streamline and update their practices as well as act as an intermediary between practices and the vendor to troubleshoot implementation issues.  Katie also works closely with the three major hospitals Cooper, Virtua and Our Lady of Lourdes to ensure effective and appropriate use of the HIE.     She received her degree in Sociology from the University of South Carolina.
