Jen Abraczinskas

AmeriCorps Volunteer

Jen Abraczinskas of Catawissa, PA, is a 4th year medical student at the University of Pennsylvania who is deferring a year to join the Coalition as an AmeriCorps Volunteer.  A graduate of La Salle University with a BA in Chemistry and Biochemistry, Jen is passionate about serving vulnerable communities. Jen hopes to use the skills she’s gained as a Schweitzer Fellow and working with patients to serve as a health coach with the Care Management Team.  She will also help implement the EHR and HIE in a Camden primary care office.  Jen plans to be a family physician and work to decrease health disparities.
