Hispanic Family Center Services for Seniors

Provides in-home care as well as life assistance with medical appointments, bill paying, help with mail.

Senior Care of Camden:

his is a day program for seniors as an alternative to home-care. The center provides transportation to and from the center as well as on-site healthcare services, nutritious meals, and recreational activities.

AHEC – Senior / Family Wellness

Mount Olivet Church 50+ Club

Faith based social club for seniors meets 2nd sunay of the month at 11am.

CFFS Together Across Generations (TAG):

Provides in-home counseling, case management and advocacy services to grandparents raising grandchildren to provide support and services to assist them in this challenge.

Center For Family Services (CFFS) Services to Assist Families and the Elderly (SAFE):

Provides in-home counseling and case management to Camden County senior and disabled adults to improve their quality of life, prevent institutionalization and help them remain living in their homes and communities.

Pharmacuetical Assistance to the Aged and the Disabled (PAAD)

This program allows any person 65+ years or permanently disabled of any age who meets eligibility requirements to obtain prescription drugs and insulin items for $5.00.

Respond Linden Adult Social Day Care Center

This is a free Adult day care center that provides a place where elders can meet and socialize with their peers as well as access a wide range of direct and referral services, social and recreational activities and a balanced noon-time meal. Nourishing hot lunches are provided by the Camden County Nutrition Program.
