Catholic Charities Diabetes Outreach

Provides education around the community about diabetes prevention and management. Catholic Charities has a contract with CAMCare and they will assist with referrals and appointments. There is a monthly diabetes screening at Catholic Charities run by CAMcare – Call for date and time.
