Camden Center for Law and Social Justice
Provides immigration legal services to documented or undocumented residents. There is a $30 consultation fee and if income eligible, they charge a low rate for services or take the case at no fee. Provides free domestic violence legal services. They also take on occasional civil or family cases and referral services when appropriate. Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
South Jersey Legal Services
Provide free legal assistance in civil matters to people who cannot afford the cost of legal representation. Services are provided in response to a broad range of civil legal problems. Programs range from brief advice to counseling to litigation. People will be screened to ensure financial eligibility for the programs.
