AHEC – Treatment / Adherence
Provides individualized information, education, resources and support to individuals living with HIV that are experiencing barriers to taking or starting their HIV medications.
AHEC – HIV Prevention
Provides outreach to the community, prevention education, and prevention case management as well as referrals to the Mobile Health Van’s counseling and testing services and other agencies. The program specifically targets African American women, people living with HIV/Aids, and Latino and African American MSM.
AHEC – Mobile Health Van:
Free screening for HIV, Syphilis, Hepatitis C, Pregnancy, Blood Pressure, Diabetes, and Cholesterol. Please check the link to find out where the van will be. Also, please call to confirm that the van will be in that location.
